                Registration fee for returning students: $30.00 (if paid by July 1)

Tuition is calculated based on a 4 week per month system from September through May. We do not prorate for 3 weeks or charge extra for 5 weeks of classes.

Full tuition is due the first week of each month and is late after the 10th.  You will not receive a monthly invoice from us, so please mark the due date on your calendar. Payments received after the 10th incur a $15.00 late charge.

Returned checks incur a $10.00 fee from us, and are turned over to Checkcare Systems for collection.

Tuition is due regardless of absences. You are welcome to make classes up in another class. Missed classes are not refundable.Â
Recital Information Â
Dates:Â Thursday after Memorial Day is usually dress rehearsal, performances are Friday & Saturday
Costume fee: $ 65. costume cost per child per class
(1 costume used per class). Â Costume payment is due February 1, 2011.
Recital fee:Â $100.00 Recital Fee per family for participation and 4 tickets. Students age 3-7 will perform only 1 show and have a $50.00 recital fee which includes 2 tickets.
All additional tickets to recital will be sold for $8.00 each.
The recital fee allows us to pay for recital expenses of theater rental, lighting designer and director, sound engineer, stage hands, props, scenery, additional lighting equipment, etc. Monthly tuition collected, only allows us to cover our daily operating costs.
Cancellation procedure: You have registered your child in a reserved spot in our classes. Your child's spot will be held in that class until you provide us with a written cancellation notice. Your notice must be received by the last day of the month in order to cancel for the following month. In your registration, you have agreed to pay for all classes your child in enrolled in through the end of the month that we receive your written cancellation.
Tardiness, Absences, and Make Up classes:  Students more than 10 minutes late may not participate in the class. They may however observe the class. Absences can and should be made up in another class of similar level. Consult your teacher for which class is a suitable make up. Please call if student will miss class so we can notify the teacher. Absences are not refundable.Â
Weather & Holiday closings: NOT WITH WILLIAMSON COUNTY SCHOOLS!!! Call FSPA after 12:00 for our weather closings or visit our website. See our calendar on the schedule for holiday closings.
 Dress Code :
 Hair completely off face and secured up off neck.  Buns for all ballet students.Â
No jewelry.
No underwear worn under the tights. The tights are meant to take their place.
Do not wear dance shoes outside.
Please wear a cover up over leotards when coming and leaving dance.
Keep Dance shoes in a small bag that you will bring into class with you. Please bring all belongings into the classroom with you. We are not responsible for your belongings while you are in class.

Creative Movement, Preballet, Ballet 1 & 2: Pink Bloch short sleeve leotard, pink tights, pink Bloch Dansoft ballet shoes
Ballet 3, 3x, 4 , 4x, 5, 6Teen Ballet: Black ‘basic’ tank or camisole leotard, pink tights, full sole Bloch ballet shoe for students that are not on pointe, split sole ballet shoes are acceptable for pointe students. (leather or canvas any brand). All prepointe students must have a medium strength theraband.
Tap Intro, Beginner & Intermediate Tap : Black Bloch Student Jazz Taps, Easy moving athletic clothing (No street clothes).
Advanced Tap: Capezio Teletone black tap oxford, or other high quality leather upper, athletic clothing (No street clothes)
Jazz : Black soft split sole jazz shoes (slip on or tie up), solid colored leotard or dance top with black jazz pants. No shorts.
Modern: Solid colored leotard or dance top with either footless tights (any color) or Capri length pants. No long jazz pants. Buns must be high in order to lay down, pony tails are ok if hair is not to long.
Dance Crew & Hip Hop: Athletic clothes & cross trainer tennis shoes. No shorts please. Shoes should be specific to class and not ones worn daily outside.
Acting/ Creative Drama: Loose moving clothing. No skirts please.
