This 30 to 60 minute class will explore movements that utilize gravity and momentum to enable students to increase coordination, strength, balance and mobility on their feet, upside down, rolling, spinning, etc. There will be an acrobatic element introducing break dancing, a modern dance element for learning about motion, increasing flexibility, and Hip Hop to develop musicality and individual style. It is a very physical class that provides boys & girls with a much-needed outlet for focusing their energy.Â
